Booking & Pricing
What types of events do you serve?
We provide balloon decor for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, school events, corporate events, and more. Each design is customized to match your event style and vision.
How do I request a quote?
Click “Request a Quote” and fill out our inquiry form with your event details. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a custom quote.
What is your minimum booking?
Our minimum booking is $200 for balloon installations. Multiple items can be combined to meet the minimum. This does not include the delivery fee.
What is required to book?
Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to your event to secure your booking and ensure availability of materials.
Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date are considered last-minute and may limit color selections, design options, or availability of specific items.
Setup & Delivery
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the size of your installation. Most setups take between 45 minutes and 2 hours.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery starts at $75 for the first 15 miles, plus $1 per additional mile. Larger setups start at $150. This fee includes installation at the event unless a drop-off item is purchased (i.e. towers, stacks, free-standing garland).
What areas do you service?
We serve Portsmouth, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and surrounding Hampton Roads areas.
Do you breakdown and pick-up the items?
We will break down and pick-up orders that are not drop-off items (i.e. stacks, towers, freestanding garlands).
Customization & Design
Can you match my event theme?
Yes. All designs are fully customized to match your colors, theme, and overall event style.
What add-ons do you offer?
We offer foil balloons, shimmer walls, signage, props, and other design enhancements to elevate your setup. Have something in mind? Let us know on the inquiry form.
Can I provide my own stand?
Yes. We can work with your items as long as they are suitable for installation. Details will be discussed during your consultation.
Policies
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance receive a full refund. Late cancellations may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
Do you work with outdoor events?
Yes, but outdoor setups depend on weather conditions. Due to balloons nature, we cannot guarantee longevity against weather conditions such as wind, rain, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures.
