Refund policy
At Vision Events, all balloon décor and event installations are custom-designed and created specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All orders are made-to-order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on any products or services once they have been delivered or installed.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their order up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued, minus the cost of any materials already purchased or expenses incurred.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be issued.
Vision Events reserves the right to determine the amount deducted based on materials, custom items, and preparation already completed.
Custom Orders & Last-Minute Bookings
All designs are custom and subject to material availability.

Orders placed within 14 days of the event date may have limited color and product availability.

Vision Events will make every effort to match requested designs, but substitutions may be made when necessary.

Material substitutions do not qualify for refunds.
Payments
Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the event date to secure your booking.
Failure to submit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your event.
Event Setup & Responsibility
Vision Events ensures all décor is delivered and installed in proper condition at the time of setup.

Once setup is complete, the client assumes responsibility for the décor.

Clients should not move or adjust installations, as this may cause damage.
Vision Events is not responsible for damage caused after setup, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, direct sunlight)

Venue conditions

Mishandling or movement by guests or staff
Balloon Disclaimer
Balloons are inherently temporary and delicate.
While we take every precaution to ensure quality and durability:

Popping, deflation, or movement due to environmental factors can occur.

Vision Events will bring extra materials to account for minor issues during setup.

We do not guarantee balloon longevity beyond the time of installation.
Damages & Service Issues
If there is a clear issue directly caused by Vision Events:

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue during setup when possible.

If the décor remains usable but does not meet agreed-upon standards, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund amounts, if any, are determined solely by Vision Events.
Inability to Perform Services
In the rare event that Vision Events is unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or accident):

A full refund will be issued.

A future booking discount may be offered at our discretion.
No Returns
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for:

Custom balloon décor
-
Installed event services
-
Delivered balloon products (including towers, garlands, or walls)
