This website is operated by Vision Events. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vision Events. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

 

1. Services

Vision Events provides custom balloon décor, event installations, and related services. All products and services are made-to-order and customized based on client selections.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All details (design, colors, installation requirements) have been reviewed and approved prior to payment.

  • Custom items may vary slightly due to material availability.

 

2. Payments & Booking

  • Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Vision Events reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if payment terms are not met.

For bookings made within 14 days of the event:

  • Availability is limited

  • Material substitutions may be necessary

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our services.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund, minus costs for materials and expenses already incurred.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Refunds, if issued, are determined at the sole discretion of Vision Events.

4. Custom Work & Material Substitutions

All designs are created based on client requests and available inventory.

  • Vision Events reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.

  • Differences in color shades, balloon brands, or materials do not qualify for refunds.

 

5. Delivery & Setup

  • Vision Events provides delivery and installation services only. Pickup and shipping are not offered.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the setup location is safe, accessible, and suitable.

Once installation is complete:

  • Responsibility for the décor transfers to the client

  • Clients should not move or alter installations

 

6. Balloon Disclaimer & Liability

Balloons are delicate and affected by environmental conditions.

Vision Events is not responsible for:

  • Popping, deflation, or damage after setup

  • Weather-related impacts (heat, wind, rain, sunlight)

  • Damage caused by guests, venue staff, or improper handling

Our balloon décor is designed to maintain its appearance for the duration of your event and often lasts up to 24 hours or more. Actual longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions and handling.

 

7. Service Issues

If there is an issue directly caused by Vision Events:

  • We will attempt to correct it during setup when possible

  • If the décor remains usable, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

 

8. Inability to Perform Services

In the rare event Vision Events cannot fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, accident):

  • A full refund will be issued

  • Additional compensation (such as discounts) may be offered at our discretion

 

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content created by Vision Events remain our property and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Vision Events shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
